Honey Creek at Bailey Ranch -
Nominate a neighbor's home (or your own) for the HCBR "Yard of the Month" Award.

The Honey Creek at Bailey Ranch Property Owners' Association (POA) sponsors a "Yard of the Month"
program from May through November each year. The purpose of the program is to recognize Honey Creek
at Bailey Ranch (HCBR) neighbors who demonstrate above-average efforts in maintaining their property,
thereby contributing to the overall appearance of the community at large. This is a non-monetary award
and the program is administered entirely by volunteers. All award winners receive an official Honey Creek
at Bailey Ranch "Yard of the Month" lawn-sign, to be placed on their property for the duration of their award month.
